Litigation Support

Wendy Wawrzyniak is available to provide litigation support for lawsuits involving aquatic injuries and accidents.

Wendy has over 20 years experience certifying individuals in aquatic training and programs such as life guarding, First Aid, AEDs and other aspects of safety and aquatic programs.

Wendy also has extensive experience in managing and maintaining aquatic facilities including waterfronts and pools. She holds Instructor Trainer and Instructor Certification in the areas of first aid, CPR and aquatics. She holds AFO (Aquatic Facility Operator) Certification and Certified Aquatic Manager Certification. Wendy holds associate degrees in Recreation Administration and Community Education Administration.
